We would like to invite you to an open webinar titled
”How can young students contribute to Sustainable Development Goals locally”
that will take place on 7 October, at 14.00 CET (15.00 Bucharest hour).
The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. Though we may all agree that the SDGs are important, many of us have the impression that these objectives are the responsibility of the governments, international organizations, and leaders. Individually, we feel it is impossible that an average person can make an impact.
In this webinar, the young learners will be introduced to the SDGs and make them identify which SDGs are relevant to their country and the local community they live in. Then, they will be challenged to identify what skills they need to develop during their period of learning (now in schools, later in universities) in order to contribute to SDG goals locally and globally.
