What to expect?
Scientists/ Educators from around the world will be sharing their pedagogical initiatives and methods in a round-table discussion about their experience using new innovative tools to help students embrace and practice the most important skills of our century.
PRINCIPLES OF THE STEM METHOD
Barbara Callerani – Italy. STEM is an innovative teaching approach to science disciplines. This method brings the knowledge learned from books closer to the reality around us, leading students to find multiple solutions to real problems. A great way to prepare students for the competitive and challenging world they will face after school.
SEED2SAPLING EDUCATION
Pankaj Jain – India. To educate is to enable each individual to fulfil their potential: to be, to grow, tobecome. Working with teachers and school managements, S2S aims to implement an inquiry-driven constructivist pedagogy in their classrooms with customised-programs developed for schools to impart 21st-century skills.
FENOMENAUTAS
Gabriel Gellon – Argentina. Fenomenautas is an online platform of educational resources for science classes that offers free downloadable didactical sequences, fully adaptable to hybrideducation. We propose to put students in the leading role of their thinking, seeking to examine the connections between ideas and phenomena.
